Core safety reports
Reports involving violence or self-harm, sexual content, or dangerous or illegal activity receive an initial human review within 24 calendar hours.
Other community reports
Other reports receive an initial human review within 72 calendar hours.
These targets cover the initial review. Complex investigations and final enforcement decisions may take longer.
